Tonight's exciting events
Drew killed another black widow in the garage and Scout and I saw a rattle snack on our run. Actually 'saw' does not really capture it so much as almost stepped on. Luckily the snake was either dead or sleeping and did not move.

I think it's awesome that you typed "rattle snack" instead of rattle snake. But I think it's even more awesome that neither of you were bitten.
My grandma had a terrible problem with black widows and she got one of those systems that emits vibrations that makes them go away. It worked!
