The day so far...
Miles in his favorite spot, ready to go for a walk.
Here we are for another walk out and about. This seems to help getting Miles onto a normal sleeping pattern.
He hates the direct sunlight so we keep him covered. Hopefully he still gets enough sunlight.
He never woke up during the entire walk.
We came home and relaxed for a bit and then Sara's Aunt Susan, Grandma Betty, and Grandpa Tom came over to visit Miles and have lunch. Here is Miles with his Great Grandma Betty. They showered our little boy with gifts. Thanks!
Miles was fussy at lunch. Sara is trying the side-shushing-swaddle-swinging techniques here. Everyone should notice how thin Sara is considering that she had a baby in her 11 days ago. Way to go Sara. Sara didn't get a chance to eat her lunch so I offered to take Miles for a bit.
It turns out he just wanted to be a part of the action. I sat him like this facing everyone at the table and he just looked around. After lunch, I sat down on the couch and almost passed out (I think its funny that I don't feel as tired as I look). Sara took Miles to feed him, but they both ended up taking a short cat-nap. We're now going to try to get a bit more rest.
