First Doctors Appointment

Miles sleeping before we left.

He kinda woke up before we took off.

The worst part of the visit was getting him out of his car seat, then taking off his clothes.

Miles now weighs 7lb 15.5 oz. He is up from the 7lb 14oz. (the weight he was when he left the hospital). The pediatrician was very happy to see this as Miles is getting breast milk and putting it to good use (In related news, the meconium has passed). The pediatrician says everything looks great and we will see her again for the "two week" check-up. We will see our pediatricians partner on Thursday for the "bris". Mazel Tov!

Miles ate before we left... you can see I got an "action" shot. Once again, we are proud parents.

He did have some quiet wakefulness while he at the office (not all crying/spiting up/gas).

We were in the office for about 50 minutes although only about 15-20 minutes was waiting/seeing the doctor and nurse. The rest of the time was dedicated to feeding. He ate and ate and ate. Finally, he passed out. We dropped in the car seat and took off. He's still sleeping in the seat (which is carefully placed on the couch). His feet felt a little cold, so I put the afghan that Mom Mom made on him.
